Our Order Process

All of our items are made to order, and you can expect to receive your products within an estimated of 1-2 weeks after placing your order.

After your order is confirmed, we will send you an email confirmation. Your order will then enter our production queue. Once your items are packed and shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking details.

Please note that production typically takes an estimated 3-8 business days.

Shipping information

We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking included.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-8 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Customers on the West Coast may receive their package in 2-3 business days after shipment.

Please note, shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to holidays or adverse weather conditions affecting USPS. 

Shipping time does not include order processing time.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as the shipping label is created. Please note that tracking details are not immediately available at the time of purchase and typically take an estimate of 2-5 business days to be provided.

Lost/Stolen Packages

CreatiVis LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777).
